John Wayne Charleston appeals the trial court’s final judgment dismissing his lawsuit against Clint Allen in his official capacity as District Attorney of Cass County. Charleston sued Allen, alleging a violation of the Due Process Clause of the United States Constitution and a violation of the Due Course of Law Clause of the Texas Constitution due to Allen’s (and his predecessor’s) alleged failure to disclose exculpatory information.
