This is a bill filed on July 18, 1890, by the defendant in error, Frances A. Harrison, the mother of Peyton Asbury Purvines, deceased, by a former husband, against Frances Purvines, the minor daughter and only child of said Peyton Asbury Purvines, deceased; Samuel H. Claspill, the guardian of said minor; Alfred B. Purvines, the administrator of the said deceased; and Edward Wyatt, a tenant occupying the premises hereinafter referred to under a lease from the complainant in the bill.
