In this ease the plaintiff has proved that the judgment, decreeing a separation of property between her husband and herself, was based upon sufficient considerations in law and fact. It is shown that, at the date of her marriage with Bose, she had a separate industry and a considerable amount of property; that after the marriage Bose took- possession of her effects, and that he afterwards became insolvent, and was sued by several of his creditors.
