ORDER CONDITIONALLY DISMISSING CASE ON GROUNDS OF FORUM NON CONVENIENS

I. BACKGROUND
This case arises out of the crash of Flash Airlines (“Flash”) Flight 604 in the Red Sea off the coast of Egypt while en route from Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, to Paris, France, on January 3, 2004. 1 All 148 aboard Flight 604 were killed in the crash.
