This matter comes before *375the court on defendant Hank Campbell’s preliminary objections to plaintiffs’ second amended complaint. Plaintiffs commenced this action against defendant Campbell Installations, Inc. (“Campbell Installations”) and Hank Campbell, individually (“Campbell”), for breach of contract and negligence, respectively. Plaintiffs filed a complaint on May 18,2010 and an amended complaint on September 28, 2010. A second amended complaint was filed on November 23, 2010.
