Cedric Brown v. State of Mississippi

Court of Appeals of Mississippi

Decided June 16, 2015No. 2014-KA-00156-COAPublished

1Opinion of the Court

ROBERTS, J.,

for the Court:

¶ 1. Following a jury trial in the Bolivar County Circuit Court, Cedric Brown, aka Cedrick Brown, was convicted of one count of burglary of a dwelling and one count of simple domestic violence. On appeal, Brown’s counsel filed a Lindsey brief, submitting that he could not find any appeal-able issues. 1 After our review of the record, we find that there is no reversible error; however, we do find clerical errors related to Brown’s sentence. We affirm Brown’s conviction, and we remand for the circuit court to correct these clerical errors.
