PALMORE, Judge.

Walter W. Bonza was killed in a collision between a candy truck driven by him and a milk truck owned by C. T. Massey and driven by Enoch Thompson. In this wrongful death action against Thompson and Massey a jury awarded Bonza’s administrator $50,000. Thompson and Massey appeal, contending that the trial court erred in failing (1) to direct a verdict for them, (2) to grant a continuance, and (3) to order a new trial on the ground of newly discovered evidence, and in certain other respects, and that the award was excessive.
