This is a motion to consolidate an action in the Justice’s Court with the above-entitled action in this court. Max Bergman brought an action in the Justice’s Court, town of Falls-burgh, against George Sternberg. George Sternberg brought this action in the County Court against Max Bergman and Max McCarthy.
