WELLIVER, Judge.
Appellant, PPG Industries, Inc., appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County affirming an award made in favor of respondent, Leo E. DeRousse, by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission on a workmen’s compensation claim. The commission adopted the findings and conclusions of the referee, who had awarded respondent $2,820 for a fifteen percent disability caused by an injury to his lower back sustained in the course of his employment at the PPG plant in Jefferson County.
