G.E. (“Mother”) appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Juvenile Division, (“juvenile court”) terminating her parental rights to two daughters, S.L.N. (born 5/22/91) and D.N.N. (born 2/20/93).

On August 14, 1993, pursuant to a “hotline call,” John Wolf, deputy juvenile officer for the 39 th Judicial Circuit, took S.L.N. and D.N.N. into protective custody, due to household conditions that Mr. Wolf testified were some of the worst he had seen in his nine years of experience.
