OPINION OF THE COURT

YOUNG, Senior Judge:

Court members convicted appellant of false swearing in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934 (1988), and sentenced him to confinement for 6 months and forfeiture of $2,500 pay per month for 6 months.
