Defendant-Appellant Alfred Lenoci, Sr., (“Lenoci”) appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Janet Bond Arterton, Judge) convicting the defendant, after a guilty plea, of one count of bribery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 666(a)(2) and one count of executing a scheme to deprive another of the intangible right of honest services in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 1346.
