delivered the opinion of the court.
Plaintiff brought an action against the defendant to recover damages claimed to have been sustained by her for. injuries received on account of defendant permitting a sidewalk to remain out of repair. There was a jury trial and a verdict and judgment in plaintiff’s favor for $1,000, and defendant appeals.
