The plaintiffs seek to foreclose a mechanic’s lien arising out of the furnishing of materials and labor in the construction of a building for the United States Metal Products Company. Three days after the building was completed the United States Metal Products Company filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy. At that time plaintiffs had been paid something on account, but there was a substantial balance unpaid. Within a few days after the adjudication in bankruptcy the plaintiffs filed a mechanic’s lien.
