In this accelerated, interlocutory appeal, Obstetrical and Gynecological Associates, P.A., (“OGA”) contends that the trial court abused its discretion by denying OGA’s motion to dismiss under Chapter 74 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, because the appellee failed to serve an expert report specifically addressing OGA’s conduct.
