The petitioner, paying a compensation to the respondent in accordance with an agreement entered into by them, now claims that the agreement was entered into under a mutual mistake of law and that the injury to the respondent was due to *133the occupation in which he was engaged and cannot he ascribed to any specific accident, and accordingly asks for relief from the agreement.
