TAYLOR, Judge.

This indictment charges defendant Francis J. Sheeran [Sheeran] with two felony counts of criminal solicitation in violation of 11 Delaware Code § 502. Defendant has moved for dismissal of the indictment on the following grounds:(1) That prosecution is barred by double jeopardy and by 11 Delaware Code § 209, and(2) That defendant’s right to a speedy trial has been violated.
