OPINION

This case concerns a petition for writ of habeas corpus filed by a detained defendant who challenged the legality of his detention after serving more than 180 days in jail for multiple 180-day sentences of incarceration arising from the same occurrence. Petitioner asserts that his sentences ran concurrently and, thus, were simultaneously satisfied. The Court issued a writ of habeas corpus and set the matter for a hearing.
