In its contested motion for rehearing of Ditbro Pearl Co., Inc. 1. United States, 72 Cust. Ct. 1, C.D. 4497 (1974), plaintiff asks the court to reconsider plaintiff’s claim that abstracted Bureau decisions of general interest affecting classification, including one which classified ladies’ chain belts as chain or chains under TSUS item 652.38, constituted a finding of an established practice requiring notice of change under section 315 (d), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C., section 1315 (d).
