Duane Anderson brought suit against Independent School District Number 97, its Superintendent Nancy Kaldor, and Transportation Supervisor Art Forse (collectively, the “School District”) asserting several claims, including defamation and a violation of the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (“MGDPA”).
