This is an action of right, brought' by Babcock, to recover possessioon of lot six, in block ona in the city of Farmington. Plea, general issue ; jury trial, and verdict for plaintiff. A bill of exceptions was taken by the plaintiff, from which it appears that in order to establish his right to said lot, he introduced a patent from the United States to one Abel Gallard, which, embraced the lot in controversy.
