The amended bill filed in this cause alleges that the complainants, James G. Mensch, Ella M. Shimer, Allen R. Shimer, Katie M. Mensch, Vinnie O. Mensch and Norris-town Trust Company, a corporation of the state of Pennsylvania, testamentary guardian of Rita C. Mensch, minor daughter of P.
