1Per curiam
¶ 1. We review the report of Referee James G. Curtis recommending this court suspend Attorney Bartley G. Mauch's license to practice law for six months and impose the costs of this disciplinary proceeding on him. No appeal has been filed so the court considers this matter pursuant to SCR 22.17(2).
¶ 2. We adopt the referee's findings of fact and conclusions of law. We agree that Attorney Mauch's misconduct warrants the suspension of his license to practice law in Wisconsin for six months. We also impose the costs of this disciplinary proceeding on Attorney Mauch.
