Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit

1Opinion of the Court

COLLOTON, Circuit Judge.

In a prosecution based on the death of Ursula Red Bird’s infant son, a jury convicted Red Bird of an assault resulting in serious bodily injury in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 113(a)(6) and 1153. The district court * sentenced her to 67 months’ imprisonment and three years’ supervised release. Red Bird challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, the court’s decision to admit evidence of her violation of conditions of pre-trial release as evidence of flight, and the court’s two-level adjustment for obstruction of justice under the advisory sentencing guidelines. We affirm.
