INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff (“Plaintiff’) Biljana Ragusa filed the present action against defendants Málveme Union Free School District (the “District”), Málveme Union Free School District Board of Education (the “Board”), and Mary Ellen Freeley (“Freeley”) (collectively, “Defendants”) alleging, inter alia, that Defendants discriminated against her based upon her disability, gender, age, and national origin, and retaliated against her for opposing discriminatory practices.
