This case arises from a contract between the plaintiff, Southern Comfort Builders, Inc., (SCBI) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, along with the associated ductwork, wiring and piping in Mobile Launch Platforms (MLPs) for the NASA space shuttles at Kennedy Space Center, Florida.
