{¶ 1} Appellant, Joseph Reddy (“Reddy”), appeals his conviction for the aggravated murder of his mother, Gloria Reddy (“Gloria”). Counsel for Reddy argues that the state failed to present sufficient evidence to support the finding that he acted with prior calculation and design, that his conviction was against the manifest weight of the evidence, and that his counsel was ineffective.
