UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT DISTRICT OF NEW MEXICO In re: JOHN W. DAVIS, Case No. 23-10921-t13 Debtor. OPINION Before the Court is whether to confirm Debtor’s chapter 13 plan. The chapter 13 trustee objected to confirmation because the Plan separately classifies Debtor’s student loan debt and treats it much more favorably than Debtor’s other unsecured debt. The trustee also objected to the proposed payment of interest on the student loan debt.
