ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS

This cause comes before the Court on Defendant, Pentar Systems, Inc.’s (hereinafter “Pentar”), Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction (Dkt.3) and response thereto (Dkt.7).

Standard of Review

To subject a defendant to a judgment in personam, a plaintiff must make a prima facie showing that jurisdiction exists by presenting enough evidence to withstand a motion for directed verdict.
