Nathaniel James Cross was found to be in wilful contempt for his failure to pay $22,810.15 in back child support and was sentenced to incarceration on the work release program pending his payment of all past due and current child support, as well as attorney fees. This Court granted Cross’s request for discretionary review of the trial *761court’s contempt order.
