Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (John Lewis DeMarco, J.), rendered June 14, 2012. The judgment convicted defendant, after a nonjury trial, of manslaughter in the first degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
