This action was instituted in the district court of Logan county, Okla., on the 21st day of November, 1921, by plaintiff in error, as plaintiff in the trial court, against the defendants in" error. For cause of action, the plaintiff alleged that on the 1st day of March, 1913, T. F, McKennon and Ella MjeKennon, defendants in error, executed and delivered their certain promissory note to A. M. Mc-Kennon and the plaintiff, J. D. McKennon, for the sum of $4,700 . due the 1st day of March, 1915, one-half of the consideration for the note, or $2,350, was advanced by the plaintiff…
