Appellant Janann Johnson brings her fourth appeal to this court in her lawsuit against Windstream Communications, Inc., for alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Arkansas Civil Rights Act (ACRA).1 We dismissed her last appeal without prejudice for lack of a final order.
