— Affirming.

This is the second appeal in this case. At the first trial Margaret Drury, administratrix of the estate of her husband, William Drury, recovered a judgment from G. Cooksey Elliott for $10,000 for the death of her husband and $300 for damages to his automobile, all resulting from an automobile collision. The judgment was reversed for errors in the instructions. Elliott v. Drury’s Adm’x, 304 Ky. 93, 200 S.W.2d 141. At the second trial the plaintiff recovered a judgment for $12,000 for the death of William Drury and $400 for damages to the automobile.…
