This case began in the court of common pleas when defendant-appellant, the Hewitt Soap Company (hereinafter “Hewitt”), filed its notice of appeal from a decision rendered in favor of the plaintiff-appellee, Shirley Price (hereinafter “Price”), by the Industrial Commission of Ohio. After appropriate pleadings were filed as required by R.C. 4123.519, the case was tried before a jury on the issue of whether an admitted industrial injury which Price received on October 11, 1973, had aggravated a preexisting psychiatric condition.
