This is an action on a life insurance policy. The plaintiff, appellant, is the widow of Leon Jones, deceased, hereinafter referred to as the insured. She was the beneficiary named in the policy. It is alleged that defendant, respondent, on the 19th day of January, 1925, made and issued its policy of insurance insuring the life of said Leon Jones. It is also alleged that the first semiannual premium was paid and the policy delivered. The death of the insured, proof of death, and the refusal of payment are likewise alleged.
