Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (Paño Z. Patsalos, J.), rendered April 27, 1992, convicting him of leaving the scene of an accident without reporting, after a jury trial, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Viewing the evidence, in the light most favorable to the prosecution (see, People v Contes, 60 NY2d 620), we find that it is legally sufficient to establish the defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt (see, People v Lewis, 162 AD2d 760, 764).
