This cause comes to us on a petition to transfer from the Indiana Court of Appeals. Following a bench trial, the Marion County Superior Court granted the injunctive relief requested by appellee, Hockey Corporation of America (Hockey), against the appellant, Indiana State Fair Board (Fair Board), and also awarded monetary damages to Hockey.
