{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”), appeals the trial court’s imposition of a preliminary injunction. Based on our review of the record and pertinent case law, we reverse and remand.
{¶ 2} On December 15, 2008, plaintiff-appellee, Cleveland Housing Renewal Project (“CHRP”), filed a complaint in the Cleveland Municipal Court, Division of Housing, against Wells Fargo and the city of Cleveland (“Cleveland”).1 The complaint alleged that Wells Fargo held title to over 200 properties in Cleveland, the vast majority of which were purchased…
