M. C. Goolsby and others brought petitions against the Board of Drainage Commissioners of Cedar Creek Drainage District et ah, to enjoin the collection of certain assessments for the interest due on certain bonds which had been issued and validated for said district; and for other relief. The executions had been issued against certain described real estate as the property of the plaintiffs, for the collection of the amounts named therein. The defendants filed demurrers.
