[¶ 1] This matter came before the Court upon the Board of Professional Responsibility's "Report and Recommendation for Order of 30-Day Suspension," filed herein October 24, 2018 in docket D-18-0007, and upon the Board of Professional Responsibility's "Report and Recommendation for Order of 90-Day Suspension," filed herein October 24, 2018 in docket D-18-0008.
