Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kohm, J.), rendered July 14, 2000, convicting him of robbery in the second *444degree, robbery in the third degree, and grand larceny in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. By decision and order of this Court dated February 10, 2003 [302 AD2d 471], the matter was remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, to hear and determine the issues raised in that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony, and the appeal was held in abeyance in the interim.…
