Appellant U.S. Bank National Association, Trustee, appeals the trial court’s judgment granting appellee Ananias Free-ney possession of certain premises in Dallas, Texas. In two points of error, appellant contends the trial court erred in awarding appellee possession of the premises and attorney’s fees.
