Cole v. Merchants Nat. Bank

The cases of Louis M. Cole as administrator of the estate of Lucy A. Cole, deceased, v. Merchants National Bank of Toledo, in this court on error, and the Merchants National Bank of Toledo v. John T. Newton, and others, in this court by way of appeal, affecting some of the same parties and involving in part the same subject-matter, were argued together.
