Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York

Decided March 30, 1992PublishedCited by 5 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

— In an action to recover damages for dental malpractice, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Levine, J.), dated December 12, 1989, as granted that branch of the motion of the defendant Abraham D. Mollin which was to set aside the verdict as to damages and for a new trial, unless the plaintiff agreed to reduction in damages from $240,00 to $175,000, and the defendant Abraham D. Mollin cross-appeals from so much of the order as denied that branch of his motion which was to set aside the verdict as to liability.
