This is an appeal from the action of the Prerogative Court denying the petition of appellant, Hans Stanko, for an ordér vacating the appointment, of respondent, Gertrude A. Carpenter, as administratrix ad prosequendum of the estate of Paul L. Carpenter, deceased.
