The plaintiff 'brought this action for the possession of certain personal property. Plaintiff claimed the right to recover the property for the purpose of foreclosing a certain chattel mortgage held by it and describing the property claimed. The evidence was presented to a jury, but at the close of the testimony the court directed the jury to; return a verdict for the plaintiff. Such verdict was returned, and a judgment entered in accordance therewith. From that judgment, and an order denying a new trial, this appeal is taken.
