This is an appeal by defendant-appellant, Allejuene Ruben-stein,' from his conviction in the Cuya- hoga County Court of Common Pleas of two counts of felonious assault (R.C. 2903.11) arising out of a stabbing incident while appellant was a patient at the Cleveland' Psychiatric Institute. The following facts give rise to this appeal.
