Pending before the Court is the motion of ACG Credit Company, LLC (“ACG *457Credit”), ACG Finance Company, LLC (“ACG Finance”), and Fine Art Finance, LLC (“Fine Art” and together with ACG Credit and ACG Finance, the “Movants”) to reconsider an order expunging the claim of ACG Credit and ACG Finance filed in this case (“Claim No. 43”).
