In his fourth time before our court, defendant-appellant José García-Ortiz ("García") asks us to vacate one of his convictions stemming from an armed robbery committed in Puerto Rico in the year 2000. He argues that his conviction for felony murder under 18 U.S.C. § 924 (j) must be vacated because armed robbery committed in violation of the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1951 , does not qualify as a "crime of violence" under 18 U.S.C. § 924 (c).
